Wish I knew. Just kept telling 1K Voice it was a UA IT issue. In my final email explaining the problem, I told them I never got the e mail explaining the program change to $$$ mileage accrual from distance, that all of my kids got the prior week. About a week after my 4th polite e mail to 1K Voice, I started getting all the e mails. I bet someone in IT knows about the problem and exactly how to fix it. You just have to convince them you know how your filters work and it is their issue. (I tried everything to fix on my own, including changing e mail addresses, deleting my e mail preferences and resetting them, etc. None of that worked. ). By the way, I still don't get any targeted promos, but that is precisely what UA wants.
