I've been a 1K for around 20 consecutive years and HAVE NOT RECEIVED even one targeted offer since the merger. I'm interested to see what happens next year if UA bothers to notice that my 2016 status will be attained by taking exactly 4 UA flights (not 1 flt more), almost exactly $12,000 in PQD flights (mostly LH) but around $35,000 in flights issued by SQ (so still earning PQM & Award miles, just not PQD's which I stopped at $12K). This is the first year I've gone to such extremes & will not be surprised if UA does not notice. I have NEVER tried to attain 1K for as little $$ as possible till this year

On the other side of the coin I'm amazed the years only half over & EK has already acknowledged my increase in travel this year (they must be running Govt subsidized reports on their govt subsidized computers (after coming to work in their govt subsidized cars......in fact I wonder if they even had to pay for postage .
