My first trouble with UOB cards. Got off the phone talking to 3 different agents but no solution. For future reference, here's how it unfolds:
Beginning balance (per statement): n UNI$
Spending after the last statement (posted transactions): m UNI$ (I had them go through line by line how much UNI$ each transaction earns)
UNI$ balance reflected in system: <n+m by 6000+ UNI$.
*edit* reason found: deduction of UNI$ in lieu of annual fees.
