Yes, I have had a similar situation with a Hilton property. The FDC coded the stay as ineligible and I did not get any credit for the stay. The T&Cs clearly stated credit was to post. I called the Diamond desk and their first response was the property said it didn't earn credit. Read them the T&Cs and the stay posted.
It's so frustrating that you've got to know all the nits about the programs and fight to get what's due. That mess up has cost them a whole not more in bad press that what those points were worth. Bad service should never be tolerated.
