As a data point, we will be at the resort from January 24-31 (7 nights). They told us via e-mail they would offer us a 30% discount on any upgrades. If you take the best available rate and subtract between the two categories ($1750 water villa $1350 beach villa), the difference is $400.00. Applying the 30% discount is $280, and then adding 10% service/12% tax gets to $341.60 all in/night. This calculation got us to within a few dollars of our offer, which is $344.96/nt all in. Just thought I would provide that info to others when playing around with dates.
