Was told the kid will have three nannies and they kept that promise. The kid even slept in her own suite.
The dxb -MAA on the 777, wasn't upgraded and ended up in paid J. And felt that the crew was unimpressive at best. Don't travel in J or F ever unless redeeming miles (this is the first time ) and felt that except for the seat and food, it was just the same as Y. Is it typical??
Glad to hear you had a good time.
With regards to the DXB-MAA J service, I think perhaps you might have been a bit negatively biased because of the previous F sector

J service can be variable - I find on the indian turnarounds, because of the sector length service can be a bit more perfunctory than say, an ULH J flight e.g. DXB-USA. EK I think don't try to market their J product as an ultra-luxury F-lite offering, but more of a perfectly adequate mid-tier travel product, instead relying on their network to fill up the seats. I think the 2-3-2 config tells you all you need to know!
