Iirc, officially B6 will not check bags through on separate tickets. In reality, it all depends upon what the check in agent will do.

B6 and VY are not oneworld. BA normally normally will not through check bags on separate tickets to non-oneworld carriers. Again, ymmv if you ask nicely at check in.
