Really? can £60 be worth a glorified waiting room? As much as I'm happy to use a lounge, I'm not sure I'd put that sort of value on it. Though it depends on the age of children of course. Might be great if all 16+

If younger though, why not embrace the trip as a family experience and spend the money in Giraffe or somewhere?

Im not having a go (honest) and this doesn't apply to you of course but I never quite get why Exec Club members get so angry at the desk because they cant take their whole brood in, then spend their time hushing their kids up. Why try and replicate a business trip with your family?
