I agree. I've never seen a bar open on disembarkation morning and that is with over a dozen cruises on HAL going back to 1995. In fact to the best of my knowledge none of the pay-for-services venues are open that morning until after the ship zeros out disembarking passengers and starts boarding new passengers.
