Ie, there's hot eggs, and then there's hardboiled eggs. Some properties below the level of Hampton don't bother with hot eggs or facsimiles thereof at all, and just serve hard-boiled eggs as the only eggs. But since hard-boiled are real eggs (too hard to fake), it's actually a step
up in "egg realness"!
