I'd second CWS' "2 hours is plenty". CX food is probably better than the other lounges. BA F is standard F offering: cold quiche, a few hot items (from memory including puff pasty salmon, salads etc). When I did the lounge tour, I don't think I are in the AA one - can't remember whether that was because there wasn't anything or it just looked so unappealing. CX offers what you'd expect - various Asian hot foods.

One of my regular destinations has now moved to T3 and I'm looking forward to sampling more of the lounges for variety sake.
