Actually now you challenge me, I'm not sure myself which it's different. I guess it's easier to be an early riser throughout a stay in USA, always up at 5 am or so, so it builds on that. I just know it works, for me at least and I never get jet lag, at least not in the 2 / 3 day lingering version. I'm amazed that some people struggle on with it for 5 days.

Having said that CW and First make life so, so, so much easier in that department....
