I touched upon it briefly in my post - I was feeling much maligned and misunderstood by my husband (and my two daughters aged 12 and 10 for that matter��) because the lady of the house tends to do crazy things... Like flying to Malaga for lunch and a tour of the Picasso Museum, or, more recently, flying to Cancun ex-AMS via Miami ... for 48 hours. If the price is right, the cabin is premium, and I have been granted permission (I have taken to asking permission after several "just going out for the day" escapes and Jersey tier point runs landed me in serious hot water): I'm off! I try to limit my solo runs to a few times a year. ��
Which brings me to the Hawaii trip. All four of us. It took some real convincing to get my husband to agree to flying out of Dublin... But now all I can find is Helsinki to HNL for around the £1300 mark. I don't mind but it's going to be a hard sell for him. I think the dates are the problem, we want to go in the middle of August. Of this year!�� if we do go ex-HEL, any suggestions? I really want to get the most bang for our buck...
