I've used several of them, but it's been a few years and it looks like there are more and more every day. My suggestion would be to read through the various comparison site.

From a very cursory pass, Shutterfly and Mixbook appear near the top a few times.

Some of it depends on what you're looking for. I wanted large (17x11 or so), full bleed, uploading my fully processed photos with no "auto correction" from the provider, which greatly limited the options.
