Welcome to FT BTTLTR! I share your sceptic spousal struggle - I finally convinced the other Mr Lucanesque that if he wants to continue flying First a little faffing must be endured! But he still thinks I'm bonkers when I tell him I've arranged a day trip from LAS to PHL when I've got a day off on an upcoming business trip, or that my next trip to ORD will be LCY-DUB-LHR-IAD-DCA-ORD instead of the more conventional LHR-ORD - just so that I can finally fly on the A380 (and rack up some more TP/Avios)
