Umm... I was in MIA about 2 weeks ago, and I ate at some Chinese restaurant away from the tourist area: on Biscayne around 26th. I was surprised that for a party of 2, the tip was automatically included when they ran the credit card.
I said something to the waiter, and I didn't dispute it but I didn't leave any extra.
