On our trip to Australia in October (staying at the Southern Cross Hotel) we are flying UAL. Last trip down under flew ANZ and were quite pleased with the experience. Been reading some not too nice things about service on board, and especially the maintenance of UAL's fleet on website titled www.untied.com. Anyone flown UAL to SYD and what was their experience. Am I in the correct forum for this? Again, thanks for your input.
