Maybe as a UK cit you can work with ICC to transfer to the Dollar Centurion. When I transferred to the US some years ago, Global Transfer said they would not transfer an ICC Cent to the US market. Aside from the absence of Delta status and Hertz Platinum, I almost think the ICC is better than the US Cent from a customer perspective. The staff is small enough you will get to know most in addition to your relationship manager. They now also have a US ICC relationship manager you can call in New York during US business hours even though they also offer 24 hr customer service. You can also email them which, as I understand, you cannot do in the US market.
