I think this whole thing is a load of crap in general. They will not make that 2021 timeline, no chance. If I fly into LaGuardia in 2025 and it's brand spankin new I'll be surprised. Don't get me wrong, once it is it'll finally make LGA acceptable, but I think their timeline is much too ambitious.
