Not in my experience. None of the lounges have ever asked to see evidence of my FFP status when I am lounge hopping with an F or J boarding pass.
A few rogue lounges not knowing (or choosing to misapply) the clear published rules does not make it policy. The only exclusions (other than denying access due to overcrowding) are OW airlines using contract lounges operated by non-oneworld airlines, to which you only have access when flying that particular OW airline with the contract.
