Aspire is the designated lounge for Qatar guests at Amsterdam. There is no separate First and Business Lounge; both First and Business guests are invited to use the Aspire lounge.
Qatar does not contract any other lounge at Amsterdam. Therefore, if any First or Business guests travelling on Qatar arrive at the BA lounge, and are unable to show that they hold oneworld Sapphire or Emerald status, they will be redirected to the Aspire lounge, which is the only lounge available to Qatar premium customers who obtain lounge access solely on the basis of class of travel.
Oneworld status members are able to use any oneworld lounge (subject to specific exclusions that apply to a particular lounge) whenever they travel on any oneworld airline. Therefore, if you have oneworld Sapphire or Emerald status (via Qatar, BA, or any other oneworld airline), you could use the BA lounge in AMS when travelling on Qatar, regardless of whether you are travelling in Economy, Business or First).
If you have no status, then this oneworld lounge access does not apply. Qatar will only pay for its First and Business class guests to access the Aspire lounge. Qatar does not pay for First and Business class guests to use the BA lounge. And wihout the relevant oneworld status, oneworld won't pay for Qatar First and Business class guests to use the BA lounge.
