I think the Shangri-la still has that package yellowpellican cited or perhaps just similar. The rack rate plan includes breakfast, unlimited laundry and two-way airport transfers. At BKK, available from 190USD, I think. Be sure to ask for a room on the river side. It's quite depressing on the other side. The Krung Thep wing is supposed to be nicer (I've never been in that side) and pricier and closer to Skytrain terminal station, Saphan Taksin. Join the Golden Circle, too, their FSP. It comes with breakfast even for a plain member when you stay at a rate without breakfast.

As far as I know, the Sheraton Grande does not have a club floor. But their delux room comes with all the benefits (breakfast, butler services, free local calls, evening cocktail). A delux room is the same as a superior room. Maybe, kurshin was given an executive suite? They quite often upgrade SPG Platinum to these suites.
