I stayed at the Shangra-la which was in a great location. This was a few years ago and they offered a package that included a great buffet breakfast and total laundry service. I was able to have all of my clothing laundered and dry cleaned. When we checked in after a week on the road I sent all of my clothing that I had worn to the hotel service. Everything came back packaged beautifully and there was no charge regardless of the amount.
