How early can you pick-up a reservation with budget?
I would like to rent a car for a night long.

The thing is that the rate is around $80 if a I start the rental at 8PM and bring back the car at 6AM the next day.

However, if I start the rental at midnight the rate drops at $10.

Can I make the reservation for midnight and pick up the car around 8PM?
