The landside bus? No, takes too long.

The airside bus is right by Flight Connections and runs every 6 minutes and it's a 12 minute journey. Since HEX is only once every 15 minutes, and involves quite a schlep at the T3 end, it's always going to lose the race. Underground is a bit more frequent (every 8 minutes for most of the day) but you still have the schlep and you need an Oyster / contactless credit or debit card.
