There's that, and there's the Cancun Zilara. I'm leaning towards Cancun for my trip late this year - seems like MBJ has lots of little issues and staff that expects lots - quite distasteful.
The improvement between our two stays in January and June was dramatic. Also, I have never had trouble with any staff at the MBJ property...the Mexican properties are on our list to try out.
