Stayed at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion in July for 9 nights. We booked a Beachfront Junior Suite that included a VIP Fast track trough Customs and Immigration on arrival, but there was no one from Fairmont to be found at the airport, so we had to queue... We mentioned this 3 times at Front Desk but received no compensation whatsoever, even though they sell this service for 50usd pp if you book one of the other rooms at the hotel.
The room and property are in excellent condition!
