Etihad is giving 1000 miles to all new accounts.

You get 500 miles for signing up, and 500 miles for your first account activity, which could be a transfer from Amex membership rewards, for example.
Promo runs until 31st of August 2015. Account activity needs to have happened by this date to get the 2nd batch of 500 miles.
