Your arrival is quite early, so if you travel Club or First you could go to the Arrivals lounge, have a shower and breakfast there. If you travel Y/Y+, then follow the UK connection signs - there will be a long queue, just go pass it straight to the fast track (I assume you've got Silver or above), you should get through in no time.
