We are having a weekend in Amsterdam then onto Phuket in Business returning from Bangkok
So the British Airways Lounge at Amsterdam and the Royal Orchid Bangkok are the best choices.

You won't be able to use the BA lounge at AMS if you are staying the weekend. It has to be a connection. I don't know what this Aspire lounge is like I am afraid. I thought that was the brand who are linked to Amex? Others will know better.
Ah good move as the Phuket lounge is lousy. Not sure about Bangkok but don't think it's great.
It's a shame LHR isn't an option as the lounge there is real nice.
