You have a point. Not so much about shorthaul, domestics it makes no difference, and in many CE destinations there are only a dozen or so CE passengers. It gives a further value proposition to CE, which is fine to my mind. I'm sometimes in ET and it wouldn't bother me. GVA and FRA may be more troublesome however.

But I can see the issue on say an A380 with a lot of CW and WTP passengers. It could be a long wait! It would be silly to be bothered about it, since that status passenger would still have first pick of the locker space, but people can be silly!
