Whoever it is easier to claim missing points from AA-flights as is is just to fill out the form. Claiming missing points from a BA-flight where an upgrade/change has occurred is almost impossible. Could not be done with phone, since I first had to do it via the web. The web-claim was of course declined since it has been processed with 0 pts already. Then one phone call, one e-mail and two follow ups via the phone-calls to get it fixed... We are a small company with only a few employees so I'm just about to give up the On Business-thing after the devaluation.
