Rehashing a old-ish thread, but I have the same offer through 9/30/15.
I haven't had much chance to use this, but one thing I tried was using Apple Pay to top up my Starbucks card using the app. I'd think this would count as restaurant here are the terms:
Restaurants are classified as stand-alone dining establishments that primarily prepare food and drinks for immediate consumption by consumers, either on the merchant's premises or packaged for takeout, and include bars, cocktail lounges, discotheques, nightclubs, taverns and fast food restaurants
I haven't seen 10x post yet from Starbucks, but I'd think it would qualify. Does anyone else have experience with this?
