CJKatl - totally agree with you. Most of the time this space is nearly empty. The only time I have seen it being 'full' is during weekend breakfast time. After that, it is basically a whole waste of space - good if you want a sort of public area to work in - but other than that, I have never seen anyone use it. Staff are normally just hanging around watching tv or on their smartphones.

Yesterday evening, I had even a bigger surprise, someone paid $2.70 for a small bottle of generic water brand ( bottle of designer water - I can understand). That is most probably a 300-400% jackup. I don't know if this is normal at all Bistro, but in my opinion outrageous. However bottled beer prices are not too bad, approximately $6+. So I really don't understand the pricing concept of the Bistro.

I feel at times this concept makes CY a wannabe Marriott or JW Marriott.

I hope that all that do not agree on this, write to Marriott HQ to voice this concept.

Cheers!

btw: Does anyone know what's the normal cycle before bedsheets are changed? Mine has been the same for the 4th night in a roll. Had expected more frequent change especially at the CY.
