Recently completed a one night stay here. Hotel is under renovation and is hard to find with all the walls (lobby is hard to find from the street).

Parking is expensive - $78/night. I think this is the highest hotel parking in the area. And it isn't the full valet service like they claim. They only park the car for you and make you retrieve it yourself (due to construction). I could not really understand the procedure, but it also sounded like you could self park it at the garage for $68, but no in/out privileges.

I was also confused why they said I was upgraded when I was not. I received the room I booked (Tower Deluxe) and staff said it was an upgraded room.

The room itself was nice though. It is better than some of the Westins that I have stayed. The room was large and felt very modern as if it had been recently remodeled. Amenities were nice and staff was friendly.
