One data point from me.
Bag was delayed. I submitted a claim for clothing purchases when I got back home 8 days after my outbound flight.
Automatic email warned me that processing my claim would be subject to delays. Then 3 days latter got an email saying that my claim was accepted and compensation paid with 3 to 5 days.
Was actually paid about 14 days later.
All in all I am satisfied with that, and a pair of trucks and some pants and socks up on the deal
