Any flight on a wide body aircraft- except the Hawaii configuration 777s - will have flat beds in business class. Also, any flight operated by a sCO 757-200 or PS 757-200 will have lie flat seats in business class.

When viewing the seat map of any given flight you can tell if the aircraft has flat beds if the seats are shaped like "pods" in business rather than "squares" like the seats in economy.
