Just wondering if there is any policy / best practice on this type of situation.
I think the official policy is to re-schedule the person until they are well enough to travel.

Unofficially I can see the GA thinking in their head that if I deny this person boarding all of a sudden the story that goes viral is "Sick Woman stuck in MSP and misses Chemo treatment after airline rudely denies boarding"
