How long does it take for British Airways to issue the money once they approve the reimbursement claim? This occurred at LHR and my bag went missing for 4 days. I was reunited with my bag after I landed back at JFK on the 5th day.

After I sent them the receipt, customer service emailed me the very next afternoon and said I should be receiving $717.23 in my checking account "within 3 to 5 days"(direct quote from email). That was 12 business days ago. I did ring them twice and send another email, but still nothing, as of today.
