Do Cabin Crew always receive "Well Done" forms submitted from customers?
Hi all
I flew back to LHR from Nice on Friday 4 days early from a family holiday as my father in-law, who was with us, was taken ill and needed to see his specialist in London.
A very stressful day/journey was made all the more bearable by the fantastic crew on the BA347. They really did a fantastic job of looking after us on top of delivering a great service to the entire cabin (25 passengers in CE).
I have submitted a "Well Done" in particular for the CSM/lead CC who was absolutely wonderful. Will she receive a notification of this or a copy of my comments? It really did remind us why we're loyal to BA even on shorthaul.
