I don't know what the secret is, or if there is even one at all, but my take is that if I am booking EK flights with partner miles, the vast difference in miles cost more than pays for the car services. Therefore I would just ignore the fact that they offer chauffeur drive to others, and make my way to/from the airport as usual.
