Hi everyone,

I was wondering whether anyone had successfully managed to add a velocity FF number to a HA booking on the HA website? It only gives me the option to add a HA number, not a Velocity/other number.

I called the contact centre but the lady said she didn't think it was possible and said the best she could do is put the FF number in the relevant field in her system which was meant for HA FF numbers only but she advised me that I most likely will have to put in a claim with Velocity afterwards (not impressed).

Is there a better option?
