It gives the impression that SQ is no longer a full partner of Star Alliance.
Interesting, that using Avianca life miles and ANA's program only connecting flights via SFO on United are showing as available (if wanting to use KF miles, specifically ask for this routing, it may just work?). One thing about star alliance is that they do make different inventories available to different partners, depending on the relationship. For example SQ limits J class inventory (none on A380, 77W) to UA, NZ, AV etc but does make better inventory available to its own members and those of LH.

It also seems some airlines have invested in online booking tools (UA, AC, AV, NH) for star alliance partners (even though not always perfect, such as AV life miles) , but for some reason others haven't (LH, SQ, NZ).
