Punggol Ranch Resort

Bay Hotel Singapore

Regarding the last one - it is right across VivoCity and right next to Mount Farber with nice hike up and further to Telok Blangah/Kent Ridge parks.

None of them are luxury and no idea about how comfortable they are.
