1. Yes CPH-FLYER is correct, all JAL and ONE-WORLD flights will be counted but not the non-allied airlines with JAL (eg. Bangkok airways etc)

2. Not only your spouse needs to have a JAL credit card but a JGC membership. This means either she gets it from you because you are also JGC member, or you get it from her.

3. I think the point is whether you are issued with a JAL JGC credit card or not. If you have one already, you can always claim that you only 'temporarily' move overseas.

4. Mrs. Wrighty will get her own FLY ON points, you will not get hers. ie. MILEAGE pool, not FOP pool.
