I am in the process of booking a multi-room stay for the first time.

1. You can ask for separate folios even if there is only one booking/confirmation number

2. Make sure your SPG number is correct and on each folio. Additionally I make sure the room number and nights stayed is correct, and of course the amount charged

3. Take a hardcopy. It's not environmentally friendly, but I no longer trust the FD to "email it immediately". With the hardcopy, it makes claiming night and stay credit through SPG Champion much easier, should there be discrepancies
