Haven't been to the BRU Novotel, but my wife
and I have stayed at others throughout Europe, all with good experiences. Been to Novotel Geneva, Lyon, and others. Restaurants are good, but a bit pricey, even for Europe.
Good place for travelling by car, too. ):
