Are you a member of any non-US expedited/trusted traveler program?

Is the fingerprint matching or FRT off for some reason due to a change in appearance or with how your fingerprints scan? Did the start of this problem correspond with use of a different passport than the one you presented when enrolling? What does GOES show when you are logged in?
