Even if we give the OP the benefit of the doubt that his cards were purchased legitimately from a retailer, any information posted here could also be used by thieves to steal from members of FlyerTalk. Many members have had direct monetary losses or losses of time in fighting to recover stolen funds.
If the OP had his cards lost or stolen, then he can call the issuing bank and report them lost and get new physical cards mailed to his house after faxing in his purchase receipt, driver's license, and card information with a fee deducted of about $5. Then the physical cards can be used as most people use them here.
