1) Go to the Hhonors website, Log on, My Account > My Profile > Personal Information > Payment Method.

Now look for a box that says "Delete". Try it and let us know if it worked.

2) Ask your front desk staff member to delete it for you.

3) Call Hilton customer services, ask them to delete it.
